Today I went to the Fisherman’s and took some different photos of the different things to see around there. Even though there was fog overhead, I think I got some pretty good shots. Some of the things I got to see where the harbor, San Francisco bay, Alcatraz, trolley cars, the Aquarium and the Bay, sea lions, the Golden Gate bridge, the San Francisco carousel at Pier 39, Pier 35, and some signs for restaurants and gift shops. A couple of months ago, I decided to go for a drive and I made my way over to Irvine, California. While there I stopped at Blizzard Way and took some photos of Blizzard HQ. Here are my photos from that.

Went to the Corvette Diner today. This place was pretty neat because it has a throwback vibe about it and there are plenty of games for both kids and adults to enjoy. It was a fun experience and I snapped the following photos while I was there.
This weekend I decided to drive on over to Las Vegas to check out the action. Along the way I snapped photos of some of the billboards with awesome DJ’s. Calvin Harris is playing at Omnia nightclub at Caesar’s Palace. Hardwell is playing at Hakkasan at the MGM Grand. And DJ Tiesto is playing at Hakkasan at the MGM Grand. Should be awesome events!

Today I went on an adventure and ended up at Poway. This is a cool little town in the California countryside. It has old style trains, buildings, and has a western feel about it. Here are photos of that experience.
Early this year, some Boeing employees on the airfield decided to steal a life raft from one of the 747’s. They were successful in getting it out of the plane and home. Shortly after they took it for a float on the river, they noticed a Coast Guard helicopter coming toward them. It turned out that the chopper was homing in on the emergency locator beacon that activated when the raft was inflated. They are no longer employed at Boeing.
On February 21st, 2015 I went to Hollywood for the 1st time in my life and took some photos of the Hollywood walk of fame stars. I’ve decided that I will make a collection of the star photos that I shoot. Here are photos from the 1st shoot.
Today I drove over to Hollywood to check out Hollywood Boulevard and they have a huge billboard draped down the side of the Hollywood/Highland Station building that has Neil Patrick Harris hosting the Oscars live on Sunday February 22nd, 2015 at 7 P.M. Eastern or 4 P.M. Pacific time.
I have been really interested in taking photos of the iconic Hollywood sign that sits on the hills outside of Los Angeles, California. While I was in LA, I decided to take photos of the sign from different points of view from around the city. Here are my photos from the different vantage points. Here, I was walking out of a strip mall in San Diego, California and I found these flowers. I thought they were so neat that I decide to take a few photos of them. I don’t know what kind of flower they are, but they are pretty.
I was at Walmart today and I came across this thing I think is a fruit. I’ve never seen one before in my life. It is called a kiwano melon. The interesting thing is that ever new place I go, I always find something new and interesting. This was the thing I found today.
Today I drove down I-10 from Phoenix, Arizona to Temecula, California. Here are photos I took of the countryside along the way. As you can see for yourself that there is a whole lot of nothing. It wasn’t until I turned off at Palm Springs where I started driving up the mountains. Other than that, it was one of the most boring drives I have ever been on.
A crowded United Airlines flight was cancelled.
A single agent was rebooking a long line of inconvenienced travellers.
Suddenly, an angry passenger pushed his way to the desk. He slapped his ticket on the counter and said:-“I HAVE to be on this flight and it has to be FIRST CLASS.”
The agent replied: “I’m sorry, sir. I’ll be happy to try to help you, but I’ve got to help these folks first; and then I’m sure we’ll be able to work something out.”
The passenger was unimpressed.
He asked loudly, so that the passengers behind him could hear: “DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO I AM?”
Without hesitating, the agent smiled and grabbed her public address microphone. “May I have your attention, please?”, she began, her voice heard clearly throughout the terminal.
“We have a passenger here at Gate 14 WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHO HE IS. If anyone can help him with his identity, please come to Gate 14.”
With the folks behind him in line laughing hysterically, the man glared at the United Airlines agent, gritted his teeth, and said: “F*** You!”
Without flinching, she smiled and said: “I’m sorry sir, you’ll have to get in line for that, too.”
