Here is a video of the meteor crater located near Winslow, Arizona. The land was flat around the area, but near the crater it was very windy.
This is the largest piece of the Holsinger Meteorite that created the meteor crater. It was believed to be 150 foot meteor that came from the east and created the crater in about 10 seconds. The pressure from the impact left tiny diamonds in the area.
